Little Fox Tots' Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

Little Fox Tots is a made to order and ready to buy children's clothing small business. All pre-order items are made to order in the size, style and fabric that you choose. Custom alterations can be made (For example; Size 12-18m leggings with 9-12m elastic waist) however this will affect your rights to refund.

Uncustomised Clothing Policy

You If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of a unused product within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned item Little Fox Tots will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return but may be eligible for an exchange.

Little Fox Tots will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service when returning items to us. Proof of postage and a tracking number will be required should your package not arrive.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

Customised Clothing

Any clothing that has been customised will not be eligible for a full refund. Please contact us as we may be able to exchange the item depending on your situation.

Customisations include:

Specific lining requests.
Size changes (using smaller or larger waist sizes for the size listed).
Length changes.
Appliques added onto clothing with initials or numbers.

To avoid disappointment, please check the sizing before ordering using out size charts which can be found under the Information section of the website.

Colours and print scales may vary when printed in person. Due to the nature of fabric printing, the print may differ from the colour that you see on your screen.
